Birthday Party Information

2 hour rental. You may arrive 30 minutes before the start of your rental reservation to set up and everything must be cleaned up with everyone leaving at the reservation end time.

Every 30 minutes past the end time of the rental will be charged an additional $60 that must be paid prior to leaving the facility.

Example: 1-3pm = Arrive at 12:30 to start setting up. Everyone is walking out the door at 3.

Sandbox is closed to the public.

Tables and chairs for 16 guests included.

Outside food/beverages are allowed. (No peanut or tree nut products)

Decorations are welcomed but please do not attach them to the walls/doors/furniture. In the event of damages due to decorations the card on file will be charged the cost of repairing damages/replacement of furniture.

NO peanuts or tree nuts!

NO confetti/confetti balloons/confetti cannons or glitter items permitted.

Damage:

The host is responsible for any breakage or damage (outside of damage resulting from regular play) caused by guests and will be charged the full cost for any damaged items caused by rough handling. 


Cancellations/Rescheduling:

Deposit is non-refundable. Events can be rescheduled with no additional cost given a 2 weeks notice, the deposit will transfer to the new available date.

Cancellations must be made at least fourteen days prior to the event to get a refund. No refunds will be issued for no shows.

Liability for injuries or property loss:

All guests are required to abide by Ronnie's Sandbox policies regarding safety, supervision and facility use. Ronnie's Sandbox is not responsible for injuries resulting from rough play or lack of supervision, or personal property loss.

Cleaning Policy:

All food, beverages, wrappings, etc must be placed in garbage bags. An additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file for extreme and tough to clean messes.
